4. Surface of castings are free from burnt sand & smooth.
5. It is free from hard spot, visible injurious defects such as blow hole,porosity, shrinkage, cracks, cold-shuts.
6. Excellent wear performance:under same working condition, the wear property of High Chrome mill liners is four times of that of high manganese steel liners and twice of that of low Chrome alloy steel liners.
Our main product series are ball mill liners, wear parts for crushers and grinding media. Boltless Ball Mill Liners decrease maintenance of liners and save the cost of bolts. What’s more, our boltless-liner design can exert the maximum quenching hardness of metal material while the bolted-liner design has to scarify the quenching hardness to get better toughness because each bolt hole is a source of thousands of crackings.
